Great advice from a serious professional. My confidence with making bowl cuts has already improved substantially.

I have never experienced this level of detail from any other woodworking course I have taken. The lessons were great!

The courses include instruction to new techniques that I have not experienced yet, giving me a great opportunity to further my skills.

Honestly it’s the joking around and poking fun at each other and of course Marc and Matt… when is Shannon doing something for the guild?

The guild gives me opportunities to work on projects that are designed by individual woodworkers that I would not normally be exposed to.

I enjoy the guild meetings a lot when I can attend. Opportunities to ask questions is terrific and get feedback from other participants.

I love that the guild has a variety of courses. Any aspiring or seasoned woodworker is sure to learn something new. The teachers are top notch!

I’m building the under-saw storage system. I’m mostly enjoying watching some else’s approach to the project and really like the design of this piece.

Gaming Table course. I understand the purposes and choices for a type of table that has become very popular in the decade since the course was created.

I love the Guild. The courses include so many different techniques. Marc covers things so clearly that new methods are easy to pick up. Love the hybrid approach!

The detailed step by step videos were a nice change from the Youtube videos I was used to. The increased level of detail was satisfying to watch and learn from.

The community that the Guild has created is second to none, the Facebook group, Wednesday watch alongs and guild meetings are all great events and invaluable resources.

Marc is really good at explaining things in a clear and concise manner. It's the next best thing as being in person. I can't wait to pick out the next Guild project! Jim

I’ve found the guild to be a great resource for information, inspiration and friendship. I have enjoying building several guild projects from the knowledgable instructors.

The detail found in long format video courses from the Guild are an excellent way to learn. I would recommend them to everyone with skill levels from beginner to experienced.

My favorite so far is the Morley lounge chair. I feel like it combined every skill I had learned up to this point into one project. I really like these advanced courses.

Marc Spagnoulo is an excellent teacher. His courses are outlined meticulously and if followed appropriately will result in a beautiful project for anyone with moderate skills.

The quality of the plans/design, clear reasoned instructions &, explanations, and also the excellent quality of the video production are what keep me coming back to the WWG.

It helps me to be able to see the whole process and choose which way to complete a step of it. The plans help too since I don’t have to decide on dimensions or anything like that.

Before joining the guild I would have wondered how to make the Cross-Cross table. Learned more than how to build the table though, lots of skills and processes worth learning in the courses.

The guild provides a closer experience of fellow woodworker than other online communities. Guildies help each other and many worked on similar projects which leads to more consistent assistance.

Was a great experience. Marc and Nicole were very hospitable and welcoming. Marc was able to answer all my questions and stayed a late as was needed. Im definitely looking forward to the next class.

In addition to the project being built, each course contains tips, tricks, and advice that applies to our craft as a whole. I appreciate that I learn more than building one project from TWW courses.

I’m setting up a new shop but I can’t wait to build some pieces, first up is a Roubo so I really appreciate the videos on that and will have iPad right beside me. Just have to work out how to sharpen it!

I have used Sketchup forever, but it was not until I took the Introduction to Sketchup course did I feel confident. It helped me gained the skills to quickly get things done instead of stumbling through it.

The courses provide the right level of detail that include points that are very important such as how to get the right cut or the right glue up. Marc’s Learning while doing approach allows me to get things done.

It’s very easy to understand, and very well explained. Now my confidence in electric saws has increased. I had difficulty in making I had difficulty making fittings, but after practicing a little, now I can do it!

The content is fantastic - informative AND entertaining! Even if I never build the actual project, there are always things to learn. I’ve been woodworking for many years and always come away from a course with something valuable.

I love the way Marc teaches, and how he has made complex things more approachable for me. To see how something complex gets broken down into simpler steps helped to demystify the process as I went, and the project is nearing completion!

When family or friends ask me to make something I’ll always check the guild first to see if there is any styles or videos that intrigue me. Green and green has been my new style and people seem to love the extra detail. ie. ebony plugs or proud joints.

I’ve taken many of the courses, but my favorite was the jewelry box. Marc goes into deep detail on its design and construction, which allowed me to build it myself as my first ever “real” woodworking project. It brought my mom to tears when I gave it to her.

As always Mark is able to package high end material and skills into a easy to understand format so that you can grasp concepts, skills, and an understanding. All of his material does so in a way that allows anyone from newbie to expert level gain something.
